We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

November invoice problem ?

On 4th of december I received invoice for last month (november) which it was 14.70 €. By mistake man who works in bank sent to booking 17.40 €, so 2,70 € more. And today (11th of december) it is still unpaid for november. How is that posible ? Can anybody help me ?

Hi there,

Remember it takes about 2 days for the monies to be allocated to your account.

But I suggest you phone Booking.com to speak to them about the extra amount you paid...
