Occupancy Tax & Cleaning Fee

I went to the page under property- VA/Tax/Charges.  I have added a resort fee (Occup Tax) and a Cleaning Fee, but both are under the column NOW- "is not included".   I don't remember how I added the fees, this was sometime last week.    Q1- where do I edit or add fees ?  Q2- why is it showing "is not included" ?

I have been struggling with figuring out this website Booking.com, so I hope someone can help me out.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I figured it out. I'm a little impatient, so I just kept trying different places.

Would you happen to know if Porter has a contact phone number or a chat option ?.  It takes almost 24 hrs to get a response via email.

I'm on the 21 day trial of using Porter, and so far not impressed.  Some stuff is easy, some stuff is extremely frustrating. 




Yes the official built-in messaging system of Extranet is typically 2-3 days for a response.


So when its urgent , phone call is better.


Whats Porter ?

I'm sorry. I got booking.com mixed up with my channel manager, YourPorter. I think yesterday, I did find a phone number for booking .com- and got help.  He walked me thru the steps- that you indicated in first response.  I sent so many emails yesterday to both booking .com and YourPorter support, that i got them mixed up.
