Offer discounts for previous guest

Hi,

 

I would like to offer a discount for my previous guests for the next booking. How can I do that?

Hi Agnieszka,  welcome.

 

So the simple answer is you cant via BdC but you can directly with Guest. Many will keep a book or file on contact info, in particular email addresses. Good to when a note or poster that lets them know if they book direct you offer better price. Some will say it on check -in or check-out etc.

Some give a printed card with discount % on it with your booking contact info.
