Online Payment system

Hi Booking.com Support Team,

I am trying to pay the unpaid invoice by MasterCard but couldn't pay . The payment refused several times.

 

Please help me

Reminder this is Partner Hub, not BdC Partner Support Team. They will never see these posts.

 

We cannot help with Finance or Action Requests. For that you need to contact them directly.

What country are you in?

Where do you see Credit Card as a payment option in Extranet?

 

For most of us we never have such an option only:

  1. Setup Direct Debit 
  2. Use the bank info to Add Payee, for manual transfer to them.**

 

**This is the most common, and worldwide method used. Since the invention of the IBAN bank transfer standard worldwide.

 

 

Message or Call BdC Partner Support

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’. 
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
