Hope you are well.

I suggest you phone a friend at Booking.com to sort our your problem asap. For every booking you receive, you Will get charged if you can't accommodate them.

You can either send them a message (inbox -> Booking.com messages) or give them a call on the number you will find on the Booking.com messages page.

Leandri again and again many newbies get confused with this forum. They think we are booking.com. I have already mentioned it because I was also confused when I started working with booking.Is there something we can do about it to help our fellow partners?

Funny that you mention it. The Partner Forum team is rolling out many FAQ's pages all over the forum, and I don't know if you've seen the new banners that are popping up everywhere?

All with the goal to make sure everyone understands that we don't work for Booking.com :-D Otherwise I might have to start sending an invoice to every person asking a question.
