Overbooking - how can I cancel some guest

I didn't know that I haven't synchronised my calendars and now I have overbooking for 3 nights. How can I cancel the last booking on booking.com?

Indeed cal sync is not reliable, only do so with a 3rd party channel manager service  such as cloudbeds.

 

Simply message the latest booking you must cancel as there is no availability, offer change dates. Keep the message some what generic , save as a message template for reuse, later.  Just keep it simple, to the point.

 

Then click Request to Cancel, and choose option 2.

 

Wait for them to see email and click accept.
