Overbooking / not available

Hi I have a booking with a guest but the property is actually not available. How can the guest cancel this and get a full refund as they cant cancel it as it falls within the 7 days they have to  cancel.


If you go into the Reservation and press the 'Cancel' button it will send a request to guest.  They can confirm and you can specify that there is no fee.  If you get to do it for you they will charge you a relocation fee.
