Overpayment by booking
Our guest had booked 4 nights ( booking number *** ) with PayPal payment. In the beginning of the visit our customer asked us if it was possible to cancel the last night and we replyed that they have to contact booking for approval. Booking then contacted us and we gave premission to cancel the last night. We withdraw the new sum from the credit card, given by booking, and tought evertything was OK. Now the customer contacs us and informed that booking have withdraw the full sum for 4 nights. Please investigate the reason for this action.
