I have just received my 1st billing from booking.com and it is incorrect.  I have been trying to find a way to contact them to sort this but nothing seems to fit.

I'm not very technologically savvy.  Best would be a phone call but I can't seem to get a number where someone actually answers the phone. So it appears I'm being charged for a booking that didn't happen or was a no show...I don't recognize the guest name.

What can I do that doesn't require following a lot of computer steps that I may not understand---(Can you tell I'm almost 70 years and not equipped for this??)
