I have the user name and password of booking.com for my apartment Tolin .

I just been informed today that the agent of my Apartment *** away on 28/8/2019 in Karlovy Vary , I need your advise what to do ? 


Meantime one of my friend *** of Abra real , mobile *** , email: *** , she do like to contact you to replace him .

Only you as the owner can make such changes.

Goto extranet, top right account, under click contacts, replace them on there.

If they had extranet access under users remove them.
