Pagos de booking


I had a booking for my apartment in Torrevieja from the 1st to the 9th November, I have not been paid and according to my Extranet account there is not pay out. I do not understand it. Could you help me? I try to phone booking and it seems that it is impossible, they ask me for a PIN number of four digits I do not have.

Normally only pay on the 15th of the month following departure so you wouldn't be paid until 15 December.  Try contacting finance team using email via Inbox on extranet.

You receive a payout only if you activated "Payments by" feature. Otherwise you need to collect payments directly from the guest. In your extranet under policies you can see which payment method you activated.
