As with all big city's, I presume that we have all experienced the problems surrounding parking not just for ourselves but for our Bookings guests. We have experienced a problem recently surrounding guests and parking on Bookings and I wonder if there is anybody out there that can help.
We cannot request an invoice through Bookings to guests to pay upfront for Parking Permits and the net result is that we recently had a party that requested three parking permits for three separate vehicles which we paid on their behalf at our own cost as we are able to book permits online. They intern agreed to pay us for this service.
After their stay they left and now fail to respond to any requests to make the relevant payments for all the respective Parking Permits.
Is there a way like with other sites that we are able to send out a specific invoice to guests specifically for parking before they arrive??
We are also not always there so cannot take payments by cash as Bookings suggested the new called the customer service department.
Is there anyone out there in the big wide world that can relate to this and is asked continually regarding parking and how to obtain permission to park at their house/flat etc.?
