PARTIAL CANCELATION BY A CUSTOMER

 Good morning!! A guest want to cancel partially his reservation. He came inside on the 15th of march and his leaving date is on the 7th of april, but he is leaving today about the COV19. How can I manage this situation? Thanks very much in advance.
