partial refund



I have a question. The pool was not available for this weekend's guests for a unforeseen technical reason. 

We offered a 100 euro reduction or refund to the client and she is happy with that.

How to do technically through extranet or Pulse?

Simply you cant, do it yourself in the Extranet.

Instead you should just do it in person or ask them for SEPA/IBAN info to do it electronically.


100euro seems very over the top generous for no pool access, to me. :)

I just had to contact Booking and the refund was approved.

And honestly no, for 2 families having been stuck in Paris in apartments with their kids for months and coming to the countryside to enjoy the garden and the pool...!!
