I would like to offer some guest a partial refund as there was an issue with the heating during their stay - how do I do this?

If they have already departed, message them a credit.

Or ask support to adjust the prepaid amount.


Others would offer a card with a 3 for 2 offer or 1 night free off of next direct booking.
