I have been using as a host for four years and have added one property each year with a total of four in 2019.

The first unit was in Gulf Shores Alabama the next three in myrtle beach SC.

I collect all rent and fees via credit card processing SQUARE on my first two properties and all was going well and continues to go well.

On my third listing, would not allow me to collect rent via SQUARE even though I have two other properties doing so. They forced me to use Payments by which is fine but I still have to collect security deposit and I forfeit the control of refunds in case of cancellations. In addition Payments by has very little customer service patients and rejects customers and hence my reservation. when dealing with quest issues with inputting card info. they quickly reject and I lose business.

I just listed my fourth property and I am informed "Because we're dedicated to being a safe platform for both customers and partners, we've temporarily disabled non-refundable and prepayment policies. As soon as we can give you access to them, we'll let you know.

So now I get a reservation on my fourth property. On the website, I cannot see credit card information and get a message from credit card info, i am not allowed to charge a down payment. I have to accept the reservation with nothing securing and get a message" that I would be informed when i am established client, etc etc".

How can I resolve this problem so I can automate my process instead of having three different means to collect payments>

As a fellow partner I have seen similar post before, and usually they are all advise to make direct contact to a BDC advisor.
