We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

 

You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

pay at property and pay in advance

hi why there is no option to charge guests after they book when they are choosing non refundable plan, and pay at property when they are choosing standard rate at the same time?

So its a little confusing what you say.

 

When a guest picks a rate regardless of what Rate Plan Type it is, the payment method is entirely based on what you have set in policies and if it should be prepayment. 

Also if you have not selected a Payout method such as Payments by Booking.com then very little will happen.

Have a look below as options and why Payments by Booking is the best for when you start out. Yes I know in some cases it will not be available until you get your first booking completed. But you can contact BdC support to request an exception
