Paying of deposit

Hi. Like to know how I can cancel a booking of a guest that booked but do not pay the required deposit. Did contact her but she just say she will pay sometime....I want to open that dates for other bookings, because it is one of my policies stated in Booking.com( that I ask a deposit). It has to mean something, otherwise why do I have a policy?

Please assist.

You can mark the credit card as invalid on the extranet or contact Booking.com customer service and they will assist you

Carolsterling1 you go to your extranet click on Rates and Availability and the options should all be there. If you're stuck contact Booking.com customer service and they will have someone assist you
