Paying invoice on line.

Hi guys,

 

I'm the new member and have to learn everything on my own since I don't have anyone here to show me the ropes.. :-)) I wanted to ask you something about paying invoices online. I'm sure there's an option to pay invoices online but I wasn't able to find the option. All articles are talking about adding Direct Debit with the button to create the account and when I click and after logging in "again" all I can see is a screen with my property and no option for creating Direct debit. When I go to Financial overview and want to change my bank info, all I can see is IBAN, SWIFT, etc, no option for adding a credit card. I received a couple of invoices with instructions to pay by wire transfer and the Bank commission here is HUUUGE. Can anybody help me to tell me the way to pay the invoice online with my credit/debit card?

take the bank info on Finance Overview page and find a bank or online service that can transfer to IBAN and or Account/SORT code.

 

other wise use the direct debit method on that page.

 

some regions may have other options on that page.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thx for your suggestion and time to reply but I already try that. Nothing... I think I'm gonna call them to resolve the issue especially since I don't see the direct debit option on my page.

I don't have that link on the overview page. Just to edit wire transfer info. Believe me, I tried everything... Thx again
