In the settings of my account, it is indicated that the payment for electricity is charged by the meter and paid separately by the guest. Unfortunately, guests do not see this information when booking. What needs to be done to make this information available when booking?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Dear Della Rose,

Thank you for contacting us. The guest will be able to see your property policies on the Booking.com platform towards the bottom of the booking page where the policies are located. You can also request to add this information in the fine print section. To request a change in the fine print click Property Tab> View Your Descriptions> scroll to the bottom and click Request a Fix. Alternatively, you can also set up a welcome message in Property Tab> Messaging Preferences> Message Templates> and inform guests of any important information using this automated tool. Kindly note that it is best to contact Booking.com using the message tool in your Extranet. Click Inbox> Booking.com Messages> See Contact Options.
