Payment

H,i I still didn’t get my payment for the 3days last reservation 3-6 July . The guest has checked out . Everything is ok. Can you tell me when will  I get my payment to my account .

You need to get familiar with the finance menu, and the invoice view which shows the period for payments.

 

You are using Payments by Booking?

did you set payout to 4 times a month or monthly?

 

If monthly it will be after checkout dates and 15th of the following month.

it is important to understand that distinction.

Brook ave you are damn rude person. Yes I can talk to you any way I wanted to and there’s is nothing you can do about it and absolutely like it.   

What a *** experience with this partnership. I just get paid Little sum of my money for the apartment I rented . So screw your partnership . You are scam. You should be shamed of your self . You calling me lazy , I’m calling you *** ***. This will be in social media. All booking will be cancelled . You  ***  fraud

I'm going to break this down for you since it seems you are having trouble following Irish logic in English.  

  1. How was I rude? give explicit example  
  2. What I saw was someone new asking how to find out when next due to get paid. I pointed you towards the Extranet Finance menu as that contains exactly that info. I suspected you might not be using Payments by Booking so in order to narrow down and confirm I asked. Then I mentioned how the payouts typically work.  
  3. Then I pointed out how this place is not a directly line to BdC support Team and provided a guide on how to find your dedicated phone number and or option to send them a message.  
  4. Then you went on a tirade of swearing it seems in your first response. Again I'm scratching my head wondering what on earth is happening. It seems you though t you were talking to BdC support. and some how then thought it was ok to be rude to me.  
  5. You have great misinformation and misunderstanding, and misinterpretation of the english language and what the Partner with BdC service actually is and how it actually works.  
  6. I also went back through for up to 6 times re-reading everything  and i see no mention of you being called lazy.  
  7. are you on medication for something related to mental health by any chance that might explain this bizarre behaviour?

Hi Sergei, I'm here scratching my head ,even after re-reading what I posted , I still cant see how Ahmed, misinterpretated what I said .

There is literally no room for any alternative interpretation other than ficton.

 

In fact I called someone independent into the room to look at my screen to have a look  at this and asked them to read the entire thing.... and without any prefacing or their response:

 

"what the hell is Ahmed playing at, can he really be that thick to not see you're trying to actually help him. "

 

I have now responded to both of his replies, to try get to the bottom of this bizarre outburst.

  • It seems you mis-read the entire text.  It's not audio so might I suggest you re-read it and not make assumptions that are wrong.  
  • There was zero attitude, if you read it properly and normally without prejudice, as it appears you were in a mood when you read it which might explain how you misinterpretated it having a negative tone when in fact it was a positive tone. or maybe you were having a bad day.  
  • Hopefully you learn that not everyone is out to waste their time helping you. You are the only one who has made this mistake in almost 12 months on here.   
  • Had you actually read it correctly you would have realised I was trying to narrow down the real issue , and separate out the white noise., to get to the real facts. A common technique when trying to separate fact from fiction. and has actually answered your actually question and all you had to do was go to the place mentioned and you would have seen when.

In fact the only  person here being rude is you in what you replied with. But as I'm trying to fix your misinformation , and misinterpretation ,and its your first time, I'm extending you an olive branch.

Hey BrookAve! As I mentioned before, it looks like you misunderstood each other. And you ended up with a really non-productive conversation. I don't think we need to continue it. As a Community, we show other partners what tone of voice we want to foster here. So I do think we should all stay professional.

Nope, I didnt misunderstand any thing, only him. And that worrys me more that you cannot see that.

Professional has nothing to do with the reality of  above mistake he made.

You can see from 2 other independent replies it not just me thinking it either, so even after seeing those you still wrote this mistake , i'm disappointed you cant see what is blatantly obvious.

Hi Brook.  Really bizarre.  I think you were perfectly polite.  Unfortunately we have another incident where the hotelier does not realise they are talking to a Partner.  Although not acceptable to talk to anyone that way.

Think the whole concept on this Partner community is hopeless as hoteliers do not realise they are not talking to help team.  A lot of what we do is say we can't help and tell them how to contact the help team.  If it was more obvious it wouldn't be necessary for us to do this.

I love olive branches...they are so peaceful and glorious!!!

Unfortunately as Sharon stated...another misunderstanding....Pa s think we are support team...

It seems unfair...we try to help and partners think we are judging them...

As I mentioned in another comment I think BDC must do something about this...to save  us from these misunderstandings...

I see this same issue rising again and again from the moment I joined this Partner Community!!!
