Payment
H,i I still didn’t get my payment for the 3days last reservation 3-6 July . The guest has checked out . Everything is ok. Can you tell me when will I get my payment to my account .

You need to get familiar with the finance menu, and the invoice view which shows the period for payments.
You are using Payments by Booking?
did you set payout to 4 times a month or monthly?
If monthly it will be after checkout dates and 15th of the following month.
it is important to understand that distinction.

Hi Sergei, I'm here scratching my head ,even after re-reading what I posted , I still cant see how Ahmed, misinterpretated what I said .
There is literally no room for any alternative interpretation other than ficton.
In fact I called someone independent into the room to look at my screen to have a look at this and asked them to read the entire thing.... and without any prefacing or their response:
"what the hell is Ahmed playing at, can he really be that thick to not see you're trying to actually help him. "
I have now responded to both of his replies, to try get to the bottom of this bizarre outburst.
Dear Sergei , thank you for your help. Considering brook she is damn rude and she has bad attitude. I just needed some guidance and help , not someone give me bad behaviour.

Hey BrookAve! As I mentioned before, it looks like you misunderstood each other. And you ended up with a really non-productive conversation. I don't think we need to continue it. As a Community, we show other partners what tone of voice we want to foster here. So I do think we should all stay professional.
Nope, I didnt misunderstand any thing, only him. And that worrys me more that you cannot see that.
Professional has nothing to do with the reality of above mistake he made.
You can see from 2 other independent replies it not just me thinking it either, so even after seeing those you still wrote this mistake , i'm disappointed you cant see what is blatantly obvious.
Hi Brook. Really bizarre. I think you were perfectly polite. Unfortunately we have another incident where the hotelier does not realise they are talking to a Partner. Although not acceptable to talk to anyone that way.
Think the whole concept on this Partner community is hopeless as hoteliers do not realise they are not talking to help team. A lot of what we do is say we can't help and tell them how to contact the help team. If it was more obvious it wouldn't be necessary for us to do this.

Unfortunately as Sharon stated...another misunderstanding....Pa s think we are support team...
It seems unfair...we try to help and partners think we are judging them...
As I mentioned in another comment I think BDC must do something about this...to save us from these misunderstandings...
I see this same issue rising again and again from the moment I joined this Partner Community!!!
