Hi

Kindly contact the booking.com team directly by calling on the number mentioned in the contact section in the extranet. Alternatively, you can send them a message from the message booking.com section and selecting finance field.

I am having the same issue. My reservations have not been paid, since MAY. I am now contacted them on a daily basis. The response I get is always 'it's with the finance team, they haven't responded'. Quite frankly I am at the end of my tether...
