Thank you for your answer in resolving this not belonging to me problem. By the way, i expected more kindness and understanding my problem by romanian female operator,not telling me to send written messages, after explaining by myself. Would be fine if operator in financial matters Would answer phone.Only they are closed, monday on 12 a. m. Thank you so far.
