My guest leaves Jan1st and still no sign of payment from this huge faceless organisation. They've been paid by my tenants Nov 20th. No contact numbers or help obviously visible anywhere. I would much rather not deal with this sort of faceless company but needs must. Does anyone know when we can expect payment, or have an actual  phone number to contact this company? Impossible to find. Kind regards, Nicholas

You should open case with BdC Support via Extranet. By picking the relevent topic/subtopic.

Contact Us should be visible on the bottom of every page too.


Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
