Booking have asked for bank account details they apparently send an sms didnt get one. Can ask for ph call. Didnt get one. It seems that i can not contact them in any way orher wise they would have responded. Must be my fault? No business would be so rude. They have added things to my listing that are incorrect. I do have wifi and i dont ban children etc. How the hell do u get through to these people

There are only 2 official ways to do so.


In that case contact BdC Partner Support for alternative method



Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.


Option 3: is not direct and is only the list of public numbers  by city/ by country under the Contact Us link in the footer of this and every page.
