Hi

I had some occasional bookings from February 2021 up to 24/03/2021 and I haven't been paid by booking.com.  I  phone them every week to get my money paid into my account but each time I'm told someone from the finance department will get back to me or I'm being told that they are so busy. 

Can someone please help me to get this resolved so that I can get my payments. My phone number is ***

and dont post phone number - check the community guidelines.

 

as long as you have at least logged a case by sending a message to partner support as per below, they will eventually catch up and resolve.

 

are you actually signed up to Payments by Booking as the prepay method for guests?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
