I did not receive the payment of a guest that I hosted in April.

What can i do?

Check the Finance menu, and April reservations , and docs & invoices to see if its actually there, and what payout if any is showing.


Then contact Partner Support.



Reminder: Never post action requests, will never be seen nor actioned.

If needed, Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

I checked on the Finance page and on my bank account.

Reservation accrued roughly €2,110.

Payments were made for €957.

Last reservation was on May 16.

A new reservation will end on May 31.

Can you explain when payments are made? I asked for weekly payments.
