I am not sure whether my guest *** already have paid by creditcard before arrival or does she have to pay on arrival?  Booking number *** (19-20 Dec) villa Cape Gulah Bali.

  1. If you have not setup BdC Online Payments nor Payments by Booking, i.e. where the Guest pays BdC at checkout, then its entire on you to collect payment directly, before or on arrival.  
  2. Payments - FAQs and all you need to know    
  3. DO Not post booking info other than dates.  
  4. Your partner profile is missing the VIEW MY LISTING link, see guide below to add it please, thanks.

1) In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.

2) Select ‘ messages’.

3) Click on ‘See Contact Options’
