Payment from Booking.com

Hi,

After months of trying to get payments due from booking.com I am posting here in the hope of getting some advice please.

We had payment due on the 15th Sept which booking.com marked as being paid into our account. This payment never arrived.

About a month later I contacted booking.com to report the problem. They agreed that a mistake had been made and forwarded the message to the finance dept.

I heard nothing for some time. I tried again calling with the same result. Eventually I was given the direct number to the finance dept. When called this number just rung and rung until an hour passed and it cut off.

My emails in the extranet have been unanswered for months. It is not an insignificant amount of money and I really do not know how to get this resolved.

Anyone been in this situation can offer some advice on how to persue this it would be much appreciated.
