Payment of bookings

 I have a holiday apartment I advertise and rent through Bookings, and would like to know why on earth it takes so long to receive payment of any bookings I get through you please? For example, my latest booking checked out on 3rd June 2021 and the system states payment is pending and will be sent out to my account on 14th June!! Nearly 11 days after they have checked out? Why? I would like help with this matter and find out how all payments expedited please.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Thank you for message.  As bookings portal is NOT a very user friendly system and has taken me ages to get to what I wanted, which was to ask a general question about receiving my payments, I resorted to contacting our Partners, which again has clearly not helped me at all. But thankfully, and after an hour of searching, I found the actual contact page for contacting the “Support Team” and have sent my complaint. VOILA!!
