Payment complaint

It is more than one month a payment of stayed reservation that was already paid had been deducted from the payout and there is no reason for this mistake snd i sent many messages to booking and also called but no answer so please help how to handle it

I sent an invoice for the amount they owe me. I finally got the money last friday.

How long did you wait?

I've just noticed I haven't had any payments since last month.

Don't remember exactly, but my invoice had I think 10 days or was it 14 days....anyway they paid before due date.I had marked with red text on invoice that it would go directly to the Bailiff if it wasn't paid on time.

After this problem I opened my Cottage for new guests and payment seems to come as it should without me getting angry.

I am sailing in the same boat. 

Booing.com system  is very unfriendly  or the  finance department  is very poor and incompetent
