Payment confirmation

Good day,

Last December 16, 2020, we deposited an amount of Php7,820.00 to Standard Charter account *** as payment for invoice ***. However, the payment is still not reflected in the Finance tab and we received a call from your office following up the invoice payment. Please see the attached image of the transaction slip. The same has been provided to Kaye, the person who's patiently supporting us with our queries.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
