Payment Delayed

Hi,

We, The Hill at Fraser Hill (***) feels that very disappointed on your payout after days of guest check-out.

Please look into our accounts that our check-out guests have left for >10 days and payment has not been receive by us as host.

We will reconsider to switch to another platform if this issue has not been rectify and improve.

Keeping your partners fund to earn for extra bank interest is rather irresponsible.

 

Look forward to hear from you ASAP.

You have posted this on the partner forum so we cannot help with this.  Check in Extranet, Finance, Getting paid to see what your payment terms are with booking.com.  

Contact booking.com help team using Inbox icon on Extranet (Option booking.com messages) or give them a call see link for local phone numbers.

OMG ! What is problem with the system of extranet ? We cloud not believe for this issue too and how to solve and develope instructure? Probably there is something wrong or misunderstanding same us ? We are still looking forward to hearing from them too .
