Payment did not come

I am getting paid using Booking Payments. I had guests staying in March, but payment for this reservation never arrived. I have contacted Booking 5 times with messages and innumerable times over the phone, but received no answer.

All  enquires must be sent to Partner Support.

Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport ***

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.

Hello, and thanks for your reply. I have tried to call the finance support number no less than a few dozen times, but I am put on hold indefintely because "our operators are currently helping other partners"

Don’t hold your breath.... dreadfully service from accounts department....they owe me over €200 commission since last September
