Payment due

Hello, I have had a problem since October. on the exstranet it shows me that I owe a commission for the October bill. but I am under payment from booking. it is understood that I am deducted a commission for payment and remittance upon transfer. when i called booking they told me there was an error that it will be delited but it still shows. when I write for help they answer me that there is no mistake, but I checked all the months and everything was done correctly. what to do ?

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘ messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
