May we know how many days we'll received the payment?

Is our bank account already activated to settled the pay out.

Is it possible you add the vat and city tax on guest billing account .so that no more payment over the counter.and its not hustle for the guest,only booking.com can collect. front desk need not to collect from guest.to avoid fraudulence

Yes all of it should be possible, but it very much sounds like you have not actualy signed u p to a payment method nor 3rdparty pay service.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
