Payment to host

Hello, please if you can help me as I am a new host. When will I get the payment from a reservation? The booking is already complete but I did not get any payment on my bank account. Is Booking.com paying or the guest? How dow it work? Thank you, Laura

There are details you have not shared so rather than pulling teeth to get a better picture of the root issue, please message or phone Partner Support.

 

Typically it entirely depends on you, as in what payment method have you actually setup?

 

there are 3 common options.

 

Default - direct payment with guest on arrival, cash.

BdC Online Payments

BdC Payments by booking.

 

Adding a bank account into extranet as an action by itself and nothing else will not result in you getting paid unless you have signed up for Payments By Booking also.

 

 


 

Reminder Partner Support will never see this.

Posting account or action requests here will result in nothing.


 

 


 Message or Call BdC PartnerSupport 

 

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
