payment of invoices to booking.com
I started with booking.com about 7 years ago and i had to open a account in europe ( netherland ) in order to pay my invoices to booking.com who used deutsche bank.
That info is in my acoount NOW standard as payment option. Now booking since some time changed to a bank in the u.s.a. .
I am not changing my payments now from the netherlands to the u.s.a. by making every month an international transfer. Or booking should advise me that they will accept the charges involved with international transfers. So i will keep going with the DEUTSCHE BANK in amsterdam. The same place where the head office is located from booking.com
However to contact booking.com by e-mail or phone is almost impossible.

This does not add up. Or you have omitted some detail.
All properties in EU are given a EU bank, and should be visible in your Extranet > Finance > Overview page.
Please check this page to day and confirm the bank shown has an address in Europe.
There was recently an excercise by BdC to update bank details but that was only related to Brexit, i.e. properties in UK versus EU.
Simply report to BdC Partner Support , see below 3 methods.
