Payment made by customer to host

On 26/12/2020, i have booking from a customer who was supposedly made payment directly to me but she wasn't because she said that has deducted directly to her account (seems like she didn't want to pay directly to me). Hence, i still didn't get any payment from but need to pay the commission instead. She has picture of proof that the homestay has bezen paid, i will attach the picture below as proof. A screenshot conversation between my guest and i
