Payment Methods with Booking.com
Hi, I decided that the virtual credit card payment was a great idea so I activated it.
We received a virtual credit card details from booking.com and when I tried to process the payment on my POS machine I discovered that my POS machine was not set up to be able to do manual transactions, after contacting our bank they have told us that is is an additional cost to have this facility added and it will cost $20 a month. and it will need to go before a board before we are approved because of the risk of fraud.
We have decided we cant and dont want to afford the extra $20 a month to have this facility. How do I arrange to have the payment that is owing to us paid to our account. ?
I feel like when I need to contact Booking.com it is not an easy process.
