We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.

I would like to add also the posibility for cash payment on site for the guests.

I tried doing it manualy, however it doesn't give me access.

How can i add it?

Please elaborate where you are trying to do this.

 

Otherwise if not using prepayment by bdc, it would mean only payment on arrival unless other requested.

 

Can you explain where the access issue is.
