Payment missing

No payment recieved from Booking.com

Why have we not recieved our payment - over three weeks after checkout date? 

We are waiting for 8000 NOK (800 Euro). In the status field about economi, it still says that the founds will be transmitted soon (or something like that).

What could be the reason?

For something like this  go to Extranet > Finance> Overview or Invoices.

Here you should see processed and pending status for past and current invoices.

Also under overview is the finance team contact details.
