We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Am talking to DPO (Direct payment online). My preference is 100% upfront payment to enable me block my calender and prepare forr to host the guest but some of them never answer you. Also trying to see how best my policy can enable me to be paid upfront online  via credit cards that include mpesa, vodacom, airtel not sure if American express is an option also. This is because someone books well in advance but with no payment /commitment by way of payment how do I block my calender given some simply do not show up on the day or worse still they block serious guests as overbooking is not professional. With an upfront payment guest commitment is undoubted and the ball is in the host's court to be 100 % ready for the guest and so accommodation is reserved for them
