Please could someone assist me in sorting this out.  As per our policy on a 50% deposit it required to secure the booking, however it does not show this on

Partially refundable - 7 days

  • The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel after reservation and the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
  • The guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of the total price after reservation and the remaining amount in the 7 days before arrival.

  However the following is what is shown on to customers

"Milorho Lodge accepts these cards and reserves the right to temporarily hold an amount prior to arrival."


Fine print: "Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions."

Is Payments by an option on your Extranet - Get Paid section??


If it is why not consider that along with stricter policy to have all prepaid, some thing to consider.

It alos enables Risk Free - free cancelation to the Guest  on slected dates, so you and guest both get the best of both worlds.
