We’ve resolved an issue with your invoice payment history

We recently became aware of a technical issue in the extranet that meant the information displayed about your invoice and payment history may not have been up to date. We’re happy to let you know we’ve now resolved the issue, and the status of your invoices and recent payments is now updated.


You don’t need to contact us about this. We’d like to reassure you that our internal payment systems weren’t affected at any point, and our records of your invoices and payments remained accurate throughout. We apologise for any inconvenience.



Payment Processing


We have had our first reservation with booking.com come through. Upon reviewing the reservation, we found out that we cannot view any of the credit card details to process the payment (see picture):

Upon looking over the details of the account to see where we could change a setting to fix this problem, we noticed that our account had not been verified yet (see picture)

Could this be the problem? Is there any way we could be granted temporary access to see this payment information? Any answers would be helpful. 

I also need new account created, with one having special admin access:

Town Square Front Desk  - ****

This account needs access to reservation details only, and should not have access to rates and availability. 

Stacey **** - *****

This account should have full admin access.

Christine Forge - *****

This account should have complete access, however should not have admin capabilities.
