payment question


a guest cancelled the reservation but my policy is no return of money 14 days or less before arrival.

Am I going to get paid for this particlar reservation ? 

The guest cancelled on 20th January.

This is the policy that applies in this case according to Booking.


For any cancellations made before Jan 16, 2020 11:59 PM (Europe/Athens), the original policy conditions apply. If the guest cancels between Jan 16, 2020 11:59 PM (Europe/Athens) and Jan 23, 2020 11:59 PM (Europe/Athens), we'll find a replacement guest for the same dates; if we can't find a new guest, we'll take over the payment obligation for this reservation. After Jan 23, 2020 11:59 PM (Europe/Athens), the guest will be responsible for paying the reservation..

From the described by you reservation policy we can see that your property opted in for Risk-free reservations. 


For this particular reservation, we are searching for a replacement guest. If we will not find a new guest for same dates until the end of January 23rd, we will pay you the reservation cost. 

If until the end of January 23rd we will find a new guest, then this new guest will cover the reservation cost.


Please, make sure you do not edit your availability for these dates until the end of January 23rd.
