Payment reservation no ***

Good afternoon. 

Can  you Please confirm me that the payment for this reservation will be made through Booking? The client said that he can pay Cash but i would like to receive the money through bank transfer.

If you are new and have not signed up for one of the payment methods provided by Bdc, then it defaults to the guest must pay you directly or indirectly, by your terms,


These terms for payment should be messaged to the guest  by the auto message template for New Reservations, so you must update that template to include it.


also create a manual template ' Guest Payment Methods'  so you can use it to send reminder.



remember to include in the info failure to pay within 48 h (24h min) will result in  voiding  the reservation.


you literally have to think and plan for the methods you want to collect it in.

and communicate that to the guest.

  1. In the extranet, go to the ‘Inbox’ tab.
  2. Select ‘Booking.com messages’.
  3. Right Pane - Click on ‘See Contact Options’
  4. Choose Account
  5. Now choose Other
  6. Then at bottom , See all contact options, and click Message or Call
  7. As there is no one number for all partners, the number for your nearest BdC Partner Support is then revealed.
