I've been hosting with Booking.com now for over 18 months and the process has been fantastic until the end of lockdown. We reopened our property at the beginning of July and have been almost fully booked since then however our payments are not coming through. I have been informed our bank details are incorrect in the system however they are not, I have opted for weekly payments but they still do not come through. I have messaged via extranet, and have been calling in constantly since July to see what is going wrong. I have had my calls escalated and have also logged a complaint. I now do not get any replies from any messaging and I do not know where to turn. I call the Finance team telephone number quoted and after being on hold for an hour the system then cuts me off, this has happened numerous times. I need someone to see what is happening with my payments and to trace them through to conclusion, as soon as possible as we are currently hosting for no income.
Can someone please help?
