Hi, I haven’t received payment from booking.com for a guest stay from 20-27th September even though it is showing as sent on pulse on 1st oct.

ive sent several messages and have currently been on hold for over an hour.  how do I get this resolved?

Check again your Finance tab for details.

Unfortunately only BDC is responsible for Payments so you must insist on calling them...
