Payments

How do I make a complaint?

I have been waiting for payments from BDC for 6 weeks and my system says they are processed but I have not received any money.

I have emailed several times and now called 3 times and still cant get to talk to anyone in the finance department.

Its a lot of money for running our business and I am tired of chasing the giant to get some action. 

Does anyone know how I can get some help with this?

So Sorry to hear about your payment struggles.

 

Maybe you should also contact your Bank.

Have you checked that your account no. is the correct one.

Hi Benjamin

  1. Yes I know it can be frustrating, as I have seen a handful of some others posting similar and dissimilar topics.  
  2. There was a recent banner announcement , that they were aware of a Invoice/payout issue. I do not remember the exact wording.  
  3. I would suggest instead you :
    1. First use the message system topic: finance ( Invoices & payments), then  Payments by Booking. Then See All contact options. Then Message
    2. Then try follow up with a phone** call once it is sent.

 


**I just discovered the Extranet BdC message - Contact options and UI has now changed.

 

I cannot find the partner phone number anymore, but I do have it saved for my country. [IE - Ireland]

 

Once I figure it out i will do up a new topic on it with a visual guide.
